May the shapeless chaos from beyond the void eat you from the inside out and wear you like a suit
Can you have a fascist nation with an armed public? If not then so long as we keep our guns and use them (let me be clear, I mean kill, literally, people with gun) should the government ever try to take them away, then we are good. I wonder how bad it can get without losing our guns.

Imposition of order = escalation of chaos. An armed populace is no defense against fascism, and no real threat to anything but themselves.
“Gee paw, now that I got my 30-.06 them gubbment can’t take away mah freedoms!”
Worked so well in Waco, didn’t it? Guns only give the illusion of freedom, and that illusion allows them to take away our actual rights without as much complaints because WE STILL GOT DEM GUNS!
Mao said that power comes from the barrel of a gun. Power is the ability to affect change. Guns change nothing.
But they make the fearful feel more secure, and the weak feel powerful, so they’ve got that going for them.
